An Avocado Farm with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra mountains, located 15 minutes from Benamocarra and covering some 108,379m2 of land which is serviced by a series roads. 72,000m2 are dedicated to the production of avocados, 90% are picked during the main harvest period and 10% during the second harvest in October. The farm has two wells, one producing 3 litres of water per second, five water reservoirs holding a capacity of 400,000 litres and a complete irrigation system.
