Our journey in the Axarquía

In 2015, we took the leap to start a new life under the Andalusian sun. We settled in the picturesque village of Canillas de Aceituno, in the breathtaking Axarquía region. Here, we immediately discovered the tranquility, nature, and charm that make this region so special. What started with running our small-scale holiday park Casa Lobera grew into a passion for guiding people who want to find their own dream home in southern Spain. For eight seasons, we managed our park with great pleasure and welcomed guests from all over the world. The COVID-19 pandemic brought unexpected challenges, but also new opportunities. For Martin, it became the moment to discover his calling: as an independent real estate agent, he now guides buyers with heart and soul when purchasing a property in Andalusia.

He explains cultural and practical differences, advises on accessibility, sunlight exposure, and future developments, and ensures that you can make your decision with confidence.

Aletta – keeping everything running smoothly

During the same period, Aletta found her new path. With a broad background as a secretary and HR professional, both nationally and internationally, she started working as a virtual assistant for Dutch clients. At the same time, she supports Martin in real estate: handling administration, assisting during viewings, and ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Thanks to Aletta, clients and partners can trust that everything is handled carefully and professionally – with attention to detail and personal needs.
